Otafuku Okonomi Sauce is a sweet, savory, and rich Japanese condiment made from fruits and vegetables (dates, apples, tomatoes, carrots), specially created to be served with Okonomiyaki, but it can also be used as a drizzle or dipping sauce for other dishes.
